5 months old!
One year ago this Mother's Day weekend we found out we were going to have a baby. Now we have a five-month old. It was funny, really. We had only been in this house for ten days. My Mom was in town. I somehow convinced myself that a lack of period simply meant too much stress...you know. big move, work, I had been really sick. I had convinced Mom amd John of this, too. So when I came out of the bathroom that Friday night, crying and nodding, both John and Mom were more than confused. I kept saying, "I'm freaking out!" Not exactly the most profound, but it summarized perfectly the rush of thoughts and feelings that come over you in that moment. It was an amazing time.
To remind us of his changes...

Congrats! on your first mother's day I was glad to hear that the weather was nice for you!! He is such a cutie! I can't wait to see him at graduation. I am looking forward to it!! take care!!
