Giving away the winter boots.

Right now, I'm sorting through a closet full of shoes we haven't used in a long time. I just came across a pair of snowboots that Gus wore two winters ago.

My first thought? "Oh, Eli can wear those this winter!"

My immediate next thought, "It doesn't SNOW in Savannah, Georgia!"

Oh my. We're moving. To Savannah.

I'm going to be living where it won't snow.

John got a job teaching graphic design at Savannah College of Art and Design. He starts in September, but we're trying to get to Savannah at the beginning of August so we can have some time to settle ourselves in.

I'm going to be where practically 85% of the country will almost be north of me.

Gus and Eli will most likely have accents, right? How cute will that be?
