Gus had an owie on his butt this week.
Gus: Mama, I have owie on my butt (straining to show me by twisting his body).
Me: Oh, I'm sorry, are you ok?
Gus: Kiss it, Mama, kiss it??
Me: Ummm, *kissing the air*, is that ok?
Gus: Thanks, Mama, thanks!

I can beat that...Miles dropped the toilet seat on the tip of his "member" a few months ago. "Mommy, I have an owie on my penis. can you kiss it"?! And he really did - it was already bruised. I look at Mike, Mike looks at me & smiles. "Of course Mommy will kiss your owie." I lean down and well...
I then tell my friend who is a mother of two boys and she says " "Easy enough - did you ever think of kissing your finger and then placing it wherever needed". Uh, no.
